Description
This support group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 4pm ET. If you’ve experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, or the heartbreaking loss of an infant—you are carrying a pain that words often can’t reach. At The Motherhood Center, we want you to know this: you don’t have to carry it alone. Grief after pregnancy or infant loss can feel invisible to the outside world—but here, it is seen, honored, and held. Our Loss Support Group is a gentle, safe space where your story matters. A place where you can cry, sit in silence, speak your truth—or simply breathe, knowing that those around you truly understand.
Led by experienced perinatal therapists, this group offers compassionate guidance and validation without rushing your healing. It can be deeply healing to meet others who understand what this grief feels like. You are not alone.
About This Group
- This virtual support group is open to mothers/birthing people navigating the grief of pregnancy or infant loss.
- This is a drop-in group—you are welcome to come every week or join when you are ready.
- The group is inclusive of all LGBTQIA+ individuals. Please share your pronouns at group introduction.
- Participation is capped at 7 participants to allow for intimate and supportive connection.

- The emotional toll of invisible loss
- Navigating triggers, anniversaries, and reminders
- Speaking to loved ones who may not understand
- Holding space for yourself in a world that often doesn’t
